I do really like #2. The contrast and layers work really well.

#2 for me too - although it looks a little "fuzzy" to me?
#3 is interesting - is this as shot or did you do something in post to make the small dark bits darker?

Image pretty well as shot. It was a hazy day and I used a fair bit of focal length. The term for this kind of affect is atmospheric or aerial perspective.

#2 looks very atmospheric to me as well, but I like it
