Pics taken at 2/4/05 mini meet with the Sigma 70-200mm + 2x converter - SB800 flash iTTLBL - iso 200 - 1/60th sec - f/16. Hand held.

That's rather impressive. Pretty good sharpness for 400mm hand held. In the future, though, it'd be much better if your test models were in bikinis.... 8)

addendum: I'm willing to bet that you'd be very pleased with the shots done without the 2x TC and had you then zoomed with your feet to get the same FOV. :)

Kerry - it’s all thanks to you that I made the decision on the 70-200 after seeing your pics on pbase over a period of time. :D
