Bride Studio Portraits

We had a model again last week for class. This one dressed up for us. We set up studio lighting and took some shots. Here are my favs.

although 1 critic, not about your work, the last pic of the models hand....where is the bloody 'rock'!! :) :)

only critique would be the 'brides' expression in the first shot is not flattering :)

Great shots - my only critique with regards to #1 is that the light delineation is down through the nose bridge which I found just a little distracting

Good work Neeoer,
I would have liked to see a little backlight, the dark hair blends too much with the dark background. But then again it could be my screen.

Those lights were set up very nicely. The pictures are excellent for their technical quality but I think the first pic looks a little posed.

Good studio shots ......... but to improve them I would add a back hair light, up high and falling on her hair and shoulders, this would make the subject leap off the background, rather than merging as of now

I know nothing of studio work, so will only say that 2 & 3 are very good shots, IMO. She's a lovely lady that you captured quite nicely. :)
