Stephensons falls - MarysvilleSorry I haven't posted a photo for a while Here's a quickie.
Was up in Warburton for the weekend and decided to go to Marysville. Here are 3 photos of the falls, with saturation bumped up especially for Darb (I know he's addicted to the saturation boosts)
great shots... well done.
that border works quite nicely with nature shots... http://www.markcrossphotography.com - A camera, glass, and some light.
G'day PS,
It's a beatiful area isn't it? Good framing, particularly like #2 and #3, watch the highlights though as they appear to be a bit blown. To help with that you can always take two exposures, one high for foliage and foreground and the other lower exposed for water "highlights" and blend them in PP (easey peasey)... The water patterns won't change much over these longer exposures... If you like waterfalls and peaceful places, go out to Cora Lyn falls about 15k's past Marysville close to Cambarville, straight into Marsville then take the last round-about and turn right (Woods Point Road I think http://www.parkweb.vic.gov.au/resources/05_0505.pdf ), just past the "big culvert" small carpark off the road and follow the painted "prints" crossing the road, incredible place... Cheers Aka Andrew
