No trick photography this time unlike in this thread...

Just another couple of photos from my unofficial candid wedding shoot in Hyde Park on Sunday...

Daughter: I wonder if it's too late to get this ring off...
Mother: I wonder how I can best use the available light to get some half decent photos???

Nice candid shots,
You managed to capture some nice soft ambient light hitting the bride's face on the top shot without blowing highlights too much - v. hard to do in that uneven light.
The second shot I like even more. Great expression - catching them looking at each other. The (sunset?) backlit veil you captured, adds warmth to the image even more.
They definitely would have paid for that one.

I especially liked the second one. Great lighting, exposure, and DoF. Awesome timing to capture the expression just right.

Thanks for the comments guys... No not stalking... I was just taking some shots in the park and the wedding party turned up... I can never resist a good wedding party - free models!!!

These a good practise Leek,

The first one looks like the Bride might of let off ( Nerves you know ) :shock: and the other lady is on to it :roll:

The 2nd is really nice, maybe a tighter Crop.

hahahhaa, I was capturing a wedding on the 26th March at the botanical gardens...saw 2 guys, one with a D70 T-shirt on, must be a member here??
