I thought I should put something up. Here are some images taken with the Sony A65V and the Olympus EP3 at McMahon's Pool on a wet and cloudy day where I actually woke up in a vain attempt for sunrise.

Note to Gerry - keep me well clear of your attempts, I think I am BYO-ing too much cloud lately

The last image works best for me. It has a powerful, dream like quality which is helped by the amazing colours.

I agree with Matt. I think the last image has more colour and works better than the other two.

I think the last image is good, but I really like the tones of the B&W.

All three are good but yes, the last is excellent.

So it's Gerry to blame for clouds and rain?

haha, cloud is good, just not too much! :)

I like the LE here, the last is quite good and clever use of the pool light too :) This is great location, did you go up past the pool to the cauldron?

Not this time, tide was coming in so we were all at the top of the steps trying to stay dry
