Daughter #1 is a little more amenable to having her photo taken than daughter #2, but I still have to offer a bribe!

All taken with the 56 which has not been off the camera since I purchased it a couple of weeks ago. I do tend to find that with new acquisitions though, the other lenses in the armory will see light of day again sooner or later!

All at f1.2 and natural day light.

The looking up angle is always a winner. Lots of light in the eyes. Very nice.
In the last, I would have preferred her hat tilted the other way to allow the light onto one side of her face. You have gorgeous daughters.

First is spectacular. If you don't want other lenses, send them over and I'll keep them in good use for you... :biglaugh:

Thanks Chris for your comments, a very good point re the tilt of the hat, now why did I not think of that!

Thanks Ozi.

I didn't say I don't want them and don't you try and convince me otherwise :-)

ALL of the Fuji XF glass is just wonderful IMHO. Not tried the 18 or the 18-135 but then neither interest me.

The first one is best. There is no enough light in the shade of the last one to distinguish some facial features (unless on my screen); otherwise, this would had been my choice.

the first one. brillant. enough said. you have a particular BW style Geoff that I reckon i could probably pick out of a lineup :)

The last one, I reckon ditch the sepia and go straight BW.

Remember the 40-150 2.8 is a-comin'. It'll be very expensive and superbly good.
