Having a couple of weeks off, had to go to Melbourne last week. So went down via Wilsons prom. Got there and it was raining and the next morning as well but cleared up mid morning but was very windy and overcast.

Nice conversions! The first image works best for me as the ripples lead the eye to the rocky outcrop. The second image suffers a little from the 'empty foreground' syndrome and would have worked a lot better with something of interest in the foreground.....anything.....a
model boat......old shoe.....just anything.

I think you left some elipses out there. shouldn't it read:
a
model... boat... ?
I agree about the images.

I agree with the above comment. The first image is more dynamic and dramatic than the second.

I have heard of this place, a popular spot with togs I believe.
I prefer teh second image but I think , as Matt pointed out, it suffers a bit of teh empty foreground, this is easily fixed with a pano crop and I think a slight vignetting would help concentrate the viewer to the goodness of the image, the reflection and the rocks.
