Well, It arrived last week sadly I didn't have a chance to take a spectacular image for my first image (technically it was my camera bag) but I did get a chance to take some shots when I went to melbourne last weekend where my husband did a triathlon. Saturday we walked around the city for a short time before he decided he wanted to rest up for the big race early sunday morning, so I didn't get to explore as much as we had expected. However, we did explore the alley way near federation square filled with some spectacular graffiti. I found this place to be an amazing test for the camera. I managed to get the raw files into Lightroom and touched them up so they were pretty close to what they actually looked like. Anyways there are some images bellow taken as test images really, I was quite happy with them and I found the camera great to use, functional, relatively easy actually. I just have to get used to the EVF, a part from that I have no complaints yet for street photography and portraits. However, the triathlon was a different story. I really struggled there, got a nice ish shot of the hubby running towards the finish line but found the auto focus a bit slow to quickly follow him as he went past. But I didn't buy it for sport so I really don't care. As far as the PP went, I adjusted the colours from adobe to Velvia Vivid and adjusted the Highlights and Shadows a little and then slightly sharpened. (didn't need much for ISO 800 really). Anyways, won't babble on any longer but rather I'll post the images.
Thanks for looking

the lengths the artists go to amazes me, this kid climbed up tagged his name in the most awkward position possible, this was a shot as he was climbing getting his feet into position.
