Matt,

The third of those images is simply awesome.

And the other two are not to bad either, but this is Matt at his best.

Really great images Matt! Is it possible to give yourself POTW?

Great timing on the 1st image. I love how everyone's left leg is bent/off the ground....really does imply unity and marching (which they are obviously doing).

I also love the perspective and feeling of symmetry in the 2nd shot.

As for the third, I agree this is just a wonderful image. The only thing I feel would make it better is if they had their feet included - but stunning nonetheless.

Dave,

Absolutely, but a very minor point.

I prefer the first one, but I still agree they are all very good.

Don't you think it's sad that the troops no longer march with weapons. I like seeing the guns.

Excellent photos Matt. I especially like the first one. I spoke at an Anzac commemoration service last weekend, focusing particularly on Darwin, where the Japanese bombed the place on 64 occasions, leaving a trail of death and destruction unseen on our mainland. Many thanks to those who defended us, and to those who still do. Your photos have capture some of that dedication.
