I like the main elements of the image, the 2 women having tea....but the foreground demands too much attention. It is distracting and adds nothing to the image.

Cut the foreground by cropping to include about a half of the upper level water feature here.

What may be more interesting is to get the water in the foreground flowing in a long exposure. That's going to depend on the ladies in the background holding their cups of tea and posture for a quite a few seconds

Thank you for your comments. I used my mobile phone to take the photo so the options are limited. Using the same original photo I cropped leaving most of the water out.
