Boy and the bullring

Just returned home from 3+ weeks abroad. This trip we visited Spain, UAE, Singapore and Thailand. Mainly work but some sightseeing days thrown in. We did a tour of the bullring in Seville, and during the tour, when the grumpy Spanish guide was doing her best to make us disinterested, my eye caught this little fellow, wandering away from his dad, just happy to be able to play in the sand.

Great shot and that young boy makes it. I would have put him in one of the two thirds, but that's me. I also like it as it is. I have encountered tour guides like the one you mentioned, but I am grateful because they forced me to pay more attention to what I was interested.

Ozi,

Great image, with a touch of the influence of Matt subtly thrown in, with the child looking "out" of the picture. Breaks all of the "rules", but wonderfully so.

There were several other photos of the same scene. Another one had the little fella playing in the sand, but this one I thought was funny. He had no interest in what the rest of us were doing.
