Very nice.

Did you do this in camera, or in post?

A creatively made multiple exposure will always pique my interest.

Fork will pique peas too. :biglaugh:

This image has strong relgious overtones to my eye. I like the treatment, asthetics and technical. Nice job Zaf!

I took two cheap forks and twisted them as much as I could but they broke so I arranged the three forks on an old baking tray. I played with the image on Photoshop adjusting the colour and sharpness and added a a movement blur filter. I guess the religious overtones must have been at the back of my mind when I arranged the damaged forks trying to get a shape with some movement.

I am a lapsed catholic, being born and educated in Spain, now I take religion with a pinch of salt. I respect people beliefs or lack of them. But, I find religious iconography, customs, rituals and objects fascinating and as manifestations of culture, tradition, hope, despair and superstition. The camera has taught me over the years how intriguing people behavior and perception can be.

Thank you for your comments, as always very much appreciated.

It works well, becomes almost abstract.

Funny how you can have wrong expectations. I thought maybe you'd been to Forks, Washington, a boring little town near the wonderful Hoh Rainforest. I was there about six weeks ago.

Thank you Murray. I've only been once to the USA, and that was in 2000.

Great image and as an aside, Sargeant York was (from memory) from the Valley of the Three Forks.

Thank you Ozi. You made me check on Sergeant York. I did not know who he was.
