Death Valley - Zabriskie PointOur second stop was Zabriskie Point. Some of you may remember the movie. I do, althogh I expect most here would never have heard of it.
About 1000 feet above sea level, and a lot warmer than Dante's View. Again, these are all OOC, resized only. g.

It's really very striking. Both the views, and the vastness. But like most deserts, it's by n means empty. He even happened across a coyote. not chasing a roadrunner, which are also out there in the desert. g.
