La Viña Cheesecake

I took this photo late last year when we invited friends to lunch. Basque cuisine is internationally renowned. A San Sebastian’s restaurant, La Viña, which has been open for more than 60 years, is famous for one of their cheesecakes. I hope you like it.

That looiks like a baked cheesecake, which IMNSHO is the only type of cheesecake.

And it looks loverly.
