The main courseFriends took us to lunch at a very nice restaurant with a rather good menu. I ordered a fish main course. It turned out to be a beautiful pan steamed piece of fish on a bed of black rice risotto topped with charcoal bamboo. Till that very day I had no idea that incinerated bamboo was edible. I hope you like it.

Re: The main courseLooks just like my old lounge suite that burnt out on the verandah.

Or Robyn’s handbag that was placed too close to the fireplace. Interesting photo of a plated meal. Well done. President, A.A.A.A.A (Australian Association Against Acronym Abuse)

Re: The main courseNow, now, now... you are having too much fun.
How things change! No one would have eaten this dish when I worked as a waiter, but it was really nice, once you got over the looks.
