I took this picture a couple of years ago, but it could have been last night when I walked by. It was erected in 2009 to celebrate both World Expo 88’s 20th anniversary and Riverfire. It is now an iconic structure in the city.

Very nice.

The sliver of the moon really adds something to this, but the level of contrast applied is superb.
