Sometimes words can be deceiving because the intentions behind them are misguiding. Artifacts are silent witnesses of history and culture and don’t speak with words but their shapes, craftsmanship, materials and purpose point to historical facts. The subject discovered in 1897, at Elche (Spain). It is from the 4th century BC with strong Hellenistic influences.

Nice one mate. We're also heading to Spain in November, staying at a little town named Penausende (near Zamora). Picture postcard place with a huge bluff right in the middle of the town so spectacular views of the countryside. Can't wait to get back there and visit all my Spanish friends.

I hope you have a wonderful trip and enjoy yourselves. I don't know that village so I hope you can post some photos.
