Breaking the rule of thirds

It doesn't get more "bullseye" than this. But for some reason, I think it works. What do you think?

Greate capture, great colours and there's nothing wrong with "neat and in the middle"

Rule of thirds is just a guideline.

Looks great mate. Well done. I love how the D70 oversaturates reds and makes them look that great, especially against that blue sky. Awesome.

Circle in a square is always compelling for some reason. It is actually an ancient symbol used in many different ways of worship. Using the rule of thirds for this shot I think would weaken it.
