Shot taken at 5.30pm this afternoon.
Kit lens, 1/800@f4.5, ISO640. PP done: Levels, Shadows adjust, crop. Didn't have to do anything to the colours - a much higher authority was looking after that department!

OK Simon...
Maybe something has been lost in the JPG conversion, but this looks as if it's either:
- a small crop from a larger pic
- taken at high ISO (AHA!), or
- you've played about with it in PS...
- all of the above...
Nice composition, nice colour, but something happened along the way...

Ummm.....yeah, all of the above, John, though the PS work was only as I listed in my previous post. Plus I forgot to mention the frame. The crop only took off about 10% across the top and about 5% off the left side.
Nothing else done.

"End of Days" indeed, Chris. It was a little like that! Just as I was taking the photo a stray cat brushed against my leg and nearly put me into cardiac failure. Almost the end of MY days!
