Seiko Macro with Nikon AFS 300 F4 & Canon 500D

Macro shot of my watch with Nikon AFS 300 F4 and Canon 500D closeup lens with builtin flash. Handheld.

The lens could AF with the 500D! Sharpness and bokeh are super. Much better than Nikon AFD 80 - 200 f2.8 and 50 f1.8!

:) When i first read the title of the thread i thought Seiko had released a macro :) Silly me.....

Awesome macro of an interesting subject. Nice and sharp. Well done. But there seems to be some interesting but appealing discolouration on the metal parts of the watch, particularly the bottom and the second-hand also the SEIKO on the watch face. What ISO did you use?
Steve.

That's pretty sharp for being hand held at 300mm with such shallow DOF. Nicely done. :D

Errr... I can't remember the ISO setting. Should be 800 or 1000.
