Hi
Can the swan fly - airborne and do long distance? I did not see any of them fly in the air. They like flapping their wings and "wad" ontop of the water. Sometimes they momentarily lift-off for a second or two but never more. regards, Arthur
Water logged maybe ??????........but still a good pix......

Yes, the swans do fly but only usually if they're migrating (actually do they migrate) or if they really have to fly (this is what I've generally seen). Think I've seen some shots of swans in flight before.
