Hi, down at Sydney Park the other day - my company has the concept of a global diversity day - you just take a day off to do what you want - for me - guess what.
Any thoughts?

My industry has those too, they come once a fortnight on a Monday.
They're called RDOs!

Justin - although a nice pic I would have perhaps chosen a lower angle to include sky rather than the diverse background as shot. From a lower angle it would have shown the power of the wheat reaching for the sky as it gows. Just an opinion.

thats mighty weird looking wheat! Nothing at all like the wheat grain crops grown around here. Is it some older variety?

I have to agree with Chris. I like the image of the wheat very much, but it would look better from a lower angle with a clearer background. The way it is now the wheat is competing with the background. It all seems too busy. It does have nice color and appropriate DOF and is still a nice shot.

More wild grass... Less cluttered and reaching for the sky...
I don't think my composition is great on this one - I like the sky - very high aperture and polariser.
