D70 + AFS 300F4 + SB800 + Flash Extender. Handheld.

Oooh... There's almost a 3 in there... a little more curvature of the neck and you would have had it... :lol:

Great photo but the duck has a bit of a blue tinge to it, understandably the available light was a bit dim.

How come you weren't at the meet yesterday? There were heaps of ducks, swans and seagulls :)

Hi PiroStitch,

Yeah. I could not make it to the meet thought i wished to. :(

The blue tinge came from the sky. I had made the white balance a little cooler to get the effect.

Really nice. The tail is cut off or this would have been a perfect shot. I love the ripples in the neck of the reflection. I also love the silveriness of the water's reflection.
