I think landing markers of some sort were probably required. That seagull looks like it is about to collect the two ducks

The seagull has no regards for anyone. It would fight, quarrel and even steal food from anyone. It is also one fierce looking bird.

Sounds like my old Boss (He'd come in, make lots of noise, crap on everything, then leave)

This is a fabulous capture, Arthur. I really like the sense of movement and anticipation!

I wish I was at the Melbourne meet. I could not make it as I had to attend to some urgent matters. Anyway the photo is one of the many that I posted recently - all taken at Albert Lake Park on the same day.'
