I really like this one, with the photgs swarming the car.

There seems to be a lot of Canon's out there ont he track. Perhaps they are trying to copy the photog in the Subaru advert. :)

thats ok christiand,
probaby the other reason why you would keep the blurry action shot is because it a one of a kind - car accident shot.
at least you enjoyed it.

Post processing will help clear out the little shakes a bit ;)

I'd love to be able to go take photos of a rally 'cept I'm a bit iffy about the dust in the lens + camera. I guess that's why they have the towels draped across the body.

hehe should be fine just don't change lenses and cover the lenses when a dust cloud heads towards you.

Hi PiroStitch,

I carried a plastic bag and popped the camera inside
when a dust cloud approached.
So did a lot of other photographers.
Once I got home, I vacuumed all the gear.
Everything is fine.

CD nice pics but yeh i know what its like yesterday, lots of dust and yeh the other photog doing stuff for website was using a canon d60 and flash with every shot and i had the 80-400 is over kill for where we was, but i made do and too much dust so thought would leave the lens on. I did carry a cloth and my rocket blower to blow any dust from time to time.

I too did think of putting camera in a bag but yeh didn't and just moved to otherside of track to avoid the dust. Anyhow was ok and done it once so know what to do next time.
Nice pics.
Cheers
