How do I look up close????

Coming from macro, I like closeups of my subjects.

I like it, a bit to tightly cropped but otherwise good! .... is that a louse on its beak?... :D

Arthur,

A louse is the singular of lice,

From the dictionary: lice (ls) Any of numerous small, flat-bodied, wingless biting or sucking insects of the orders Mallophaga or Anoplura, many of which are external parasites on various animals, including humans.

If you look closely at the top of the birds beak near the feathers, the appears to be an insect of some sort.

I was being facetious, as the quality of the pic is such that I was jealous of the fine detail you had obtained :lol:
