I would swear that the person was covered in sweat
Interesting, although I am not so sure about Lynx - maybe a more upmarket brand
A suggestion would be to have the body in B&W with just a tad more light level and the product in colour for contrast.

interesting thought sir55,
its a b/w class so i can't really submit a color image.
i also don't really use these types of products i had this bottle given for a kk present as a lynx package so i decided to use it as a product. i hope its not suggesting i smell?

First one looks more like a really bumpy couch to me.
But I would say in that one that you should decrease the contrast a tad and show a bit of edges between those lower curves of the body... it's blending too easily into the black.
But nice idea.
You contacted Lynx's marketing group yet?

Not much to add redline, but the second one if I interpret the "torso" as ribs so it's someone running left to right I hate to say what I intrepret the Lynx bottle as (which the marketing people would love - as would Mr Freud)

In that case stubbsy, he might want to shoot it on the woman's torso so we see the belly button and the beginning of a girl's breasts... it might play more to the Lynx effect market.

Also, the sweat sort of looks like motor oil to me. Not sure how to fix that, and not sure if that is what you were going for, (I'm assuming not but hey, maybe you were gunning for the middle aged mechanic, who am I to assume?)

yeah i reckon the beads of sweat kinda suck on the second image. so i just went crazy and sprayed and sprayed heaps see first image. i read a book about making sweat beads using gyercin and water mixture i wasn't sure how it would last under hot lights though, so i wasn't game.
