Gidday James
Welcome to the forum! You will enjoy it very much. I like the flower and Eastern water dragon very much. Especially the water dragon. The eye seems to be perfectly focussed. Normally, water dragons are quite shy. How did you manage to sneak up on it? The off angle photo of the stove and leaf, is interesting but the angle makes it really hard for my eyes and brain to interpret. I like your work and look forward to seeing more of it Thanks for sharing James Cheers Graham
woops .... linked to the wrong directory, hopefully that is better and thanks ....
thanks Graham, The water dragons in the RBG don't seem to be put of by people getting up close and it easy to fill the frame with a 50mm lens. maybe I should have mentioned at the end of the post I also like shooting at extreme angles along with shallow DoF
Welcome james, Your work has quite a different slant.......nice shots, the lizard and leaf do it for me
cheers bp Cheers ....bp....

WOW These are fantastic and very interesting. I love the angles and the shallow DOF. Well done......and welcome to the forum!

Oh thats right, now I remember what film grain looks like
Seriously though, the pics are great!! I personally really like the DOF effect around the leaf in #4. Smile; it makes people wonder what you have been up to.
Id have to agree with you in a lot of ways. Still love the look of pushed Tri-X as well. Smile; it makes people wonder what you have been up to.
