Hi all, a new member here with a few pics for you to check out

these are from the last couple weeks but are done on film as it will be a while before I get another digital.

Great pics, but you may want to reduce the file sizes a little, so that those on dial up can see them as well :)

Welcome to the forum! :D You will enjoy it very much.
I like the flower and Eastern water dragon very much. Especially the water dragon. The eye seems to be perfectly focussed.
Normally, water dragons are quite shy. How did you manage to sneak up on it?
The off angle photo of the stove and leaf, is interesting but the angle makes it really hard for my eyes and brain to interpret.
I like your work and look forward to seeing more of it

thanks Graham,

The water dragons in the RBG don't seem to be put of by people getting up close and it easy to fill the frame with a 50mm lens.

maybe I should have mentioned at the end of the post I also like shooting at extreme angles along with shallow DoF :)

get a film scanner and scan your film negs in at 45+ megapixels!

and thats why I still prefer film over digital, for the grain :P

Id have to agree with you in a lot of ways. Still love the look of pushed Tri-X as well.

Great shots. I like the dragon, and love the one of the single leaf. Very creative and I think that the angle really makes this pic special.
