Another wedding shotI liked this one, natural, non stressed photo of the happy couple I took as a guest at a friend's wedding last weekend. The background may be a bit too busy for this type of shot but it does give it some vibe about the situation. Critique/comments more than welcome:
and with a bit more warmth (as suggested by members): and now with the fuzzy background (a quick job): Last edited by Geoff on Thu May 05, 2005 12:15 pm, edited 2 times in total.

Agree on the busy background...
I like the composition and concept, but the WB seems a bit cool for my tastes New page

Nice candid, natural, happy shot...
The background could be made less distracting with some blur and desaturation, there seems to be a handy sharp edge to use along the car's upholstery you could use... Aka Andrew
The nerves are gone and the new life begins - nice shot Geoff.
The brides dress looks to be a bit blue so warming the photo would help Chris

Warm shot much nicer
The Groom is not so blue now (or was he really that blue in real life ) New page

Gee I'm amazed at the amount of difference the warner tones have made to the shot... I always have trouble trying to get the WB right in landscape shots, spose the flesh tones gives a baseline...?
Aka Andrew
