56% gaussian blur on the background to remove the donuts........

just used the magic wand to highlight the background then applied the gaussian blur with a 3 pixel feather

Maybe you could also crop a bit tighter to remove some of the OOF rock in front?

Wow, assuming Lizzie hasn't been sharpened any further than the original post, it's amazing the difference the blurred background makes to the "perceived" sharpness of the subject... I blurred the background on a shot recently and the subject immediately looks lost sharper...
This looks great...
