Bait fishing @ Redcliffe...

Here's a shot of the locals catching bait at Redcliffe for a big nights fishing while the tides are right. Comments welcome.

Mark i like this shot even with its ghostly fishermen in the midle of the shot. Some may not but it's different.

I'd agree!

I've sat here for a while and thought "if it didn't have the fishermen in it, would it be as good?"

answer - it'd still look good, but not with the same impact - the ghostly fishermen add that "something" to it.

The image is stunning! The ghost fisherman certainly adds to the story...to me it represents the generations of fishermen past who did exactly the same thing a long time ago :) Is that too shcmaltzy? :roll:

It'd be interesting to see it as a pano with the pier right in the middle, but might lose the effect as the water certainly helps.
