Was driving home from taking the dogs to the park when I saw this guy. I turned around and he let me shoot off a heap of images

I like the second one Mark... Seems more balanced than the first one...

Were these taken after he had landed?

Reminds me of the hair-raising tandem jump I did off a mountain in Queenstown, NZ... As I didn't have to do much, I was able to shoot with the video camera all the way down... Including the bit where I landed on my bum... :oops:

Yes I liked the second one the most but then someone commented that the "chute" was cutting the image in half.

The guy was just standing on an oval practising keeping the balance of the "chute". I have the rest of the pics here. They show a bit more of what he was doing.

Para-sailing would be such a buzz, I've been hang-gliding a few times but they're too much like a dart in the air.

The last time I went, I met a dude who was a para-sailor and very experienced, he even took his lunch up with him! They sit in a type of seat so it would be a fantastic way to cruise around...
