They're both good shots mate. I would have preffered and in-focus moon as well, but such is DOF.

nice pix & feel on 1....... I like 2 but for me I would try it as a line art ie: the birds just solid black....... it may work or just an outline of the birds, then for something to do, drop the pix onto a graduated background......should keep you busy till lunchtime......

Sigh, I never seem to have luck with pelicans. Either too far away, or flying or sat in a bit of water doing nothing interesting.
