Clouds and layers

I took this shot while waiting for the wedding to start on Saturday. These clouds would eventually turn into a rain storm and chased us all into the restaurant. Unfortunately I shot it in Jpeg and through the processing got a lot of crappy Jpeg stuff in the sky.

Edit,

Looks a little soft on the forum for some reason. Oh yeah, I was wondering if you think I should clone out the plane on the right. It's pretty small but I left it in there just in case I wanted to keep it.

I guess everyone is in such awe of these clouds that they are rendered speechless and unable to type because of spasmodic waves of pleasure coursing through their body. My pics have never had this effect before, I'm very flattered.

Nice pic but i think as yu said, the plane should probably be cloned out. I thought it was a fly at first.

It's a nice sky, very foreboding and the ships at anchor give it some scale, but the foreground is a bit, errrr, scrappy.

The blue hue is nice too.

Yes I know, thus the rather tongue in cheek bump. Hey, why say bump when you can be cheeky about it?

Thanks for the comment/critique btw. I was sort of wondering about the foreground too, but left it in as I wasn't for sure certain what to do to it. I'll crop it out.

It's very ominous, isn't it?

Hmm... I don't have a problem with the plane in it as I can barely see it, but if you were to make a nice big print of it, yes, cloning out the little speck of a plane might be a nice idea.

Very cool shot, Dave. I like the toning you did. Kinda gives it an IR feel. :)
