Rob,
Great capture! can be sold to some otehr agency for advertisement.
That's the power of 200-400VR.
I haven't touch it few weeks now, due to constantly busy at work and other commitments.

I prefer the original Arthur, you've gone way over the top.

Rob, you're one lucky sob. I was out the back of the You Yangs on my birthday and came across two of them at seperate locations but they flew off :(

Here is my version, btw Rob when I loaded your image into Photoshop the contrast of the image changed so I'm guessing you didn't save out to JPEG properly in the first place. All I did was apply sharpening of 70% and convert to sRGB and save for web:

Great shot Rob, and as others have mentioned, with the spoils on his beak, this becomes a really special image.

I would love to see some selective lightening in the dark region arund his belly, below the wing, where I'm just seeing black right now. A little more shadow detail in there, and this would truly be a stunner.

Rob, mate a great capture, i maybe would name it Loraine and well you could be the road kill mate, well who knows. LOL Just joking sorry Loraine but well the trip mate certainly got you some very nice pictures and we look forward to seeing more of them as you get time to process.
Cheers

Nicole and I saw one of these huge beasts between Ballan and Bacchus Marsh on Longhorn Rd. They're huge!

We've named it Terry (hope it's a male), or Tezza!
