I got an idea! This could be the new album cover for the 60's band Lovin' Spoonful (from the US). That is assuming of course that they come out with a new album

You see undies all the time on suburban clotheslines, or around trademen's cracks and sometimes on people. Spoons on the other hand are often found unwashed in sinks or in drawers or in dishwashers.
