Who's been having fun in photoshop then???

The second one looks a little out of place...
The Qantas logo is upside down and the Australian flag is back to front (but you may not have changed that...)

Hey John, I never noticed the flag being back to front? I wonder why? I havn't flipped the image or similar. The Qantas sign is obvious and well done, 100% there, but there are several other (childish) mistakes in the photo. I guess at 43 I have never grown up... :D

I think the flag flies with the mast into the wind on both sides... so on the other side of the plane it will be round the other way...

I've spotted another of your mods... but I'll let someone else have a go...

Missing winglets on the 767

No wingtips on this particular 767!

Incorrect serial number: extra VH and it looks like it says 7677 for model number??

Is the plane missing a few doors? i.e. towards the cockpit?

That Qantas plane must be made like the seven-and-a-half floor...

Are the colours of the United Airlines logo round the wrong way :?:

Interestingly, the flag on the UA aircraft is also backwards.

the flags look backwards because they are painted as though they are flying with airflow from the aircraft's movement. if you look at the port side of the aircraft you'll see that the flags are "normal"

Chris, havn't touched the UA plane, that's not to say some spray painter in Seattle painted the thing the wrong way! :D

There's only one more modification and it isn't on the plane (that's a bit corny eh?), have a guess (it's to do with height). Max

I thought the 767 looked a bit too low. I looks like its going to lose its tail by scraping it against the runway.

Good try but no, it took off very nicely from memory, another clue: has to do with a non-plane item in the background (which makes this thread even more corny)...

I've forgotten, there is also something askew about the plane windows (not the fact that there is no double row of windows on 767's).

I'd also suggest that the front bank of windows on the 767 isn't correct either; it looks as if you've cloned and flipped the windows from the rear of the plane into the front section directly under the satnaQ badging.

And no, on the UA plne, it won't have been a spray painter in Seatle, but more likely one in Chicago, which is where UA is headquartered.

I've got it - the QANTAS jet has no tail section, so therefore it couldn't really take off, could it???

You're correct Gary, windows are all wrong and yes, Chicago is the place now, not Seattle (just testing there ), and yes, there was a tail attached, handy things they are...Max :D

The clouds in the background appear to be so low that they are obscurring the top of the taller chimney!?!

PostPosted: Mon Jun 06, 2005 10:44 pm
by ozimax
Sort of right, but it has something to do with the chimney, Max

PostPosted: Tue Jun 07, 2005 12:49 pm

duh!

The chimneys don't belong in the airport picture. They are cut and pasted from another location.

Why would chimneys just jut out of the ground that is practically at sea level?

I better finish this quiz, you're half right again dhess, the chimneys are actually there, but the height is incorrect, they have been cloned and pasted above the plane and should stay below! well done, you are now dux of class..

the wheels are in the part-way up position

do they really bring the wheels up that quick after takeoff??. . . or did you place the plane back closer to the ground

No netmagi, havn't touched the wheels or plane position, but good observation anyway! Max
