Crab Apples?Well, at least I think they're Crab Apples. Any other opinions?
Cheers John
There are 25 varieties of crab apples and these certainly look like the real thing - don’t eat them, just in case - nice pic

I don't even know what a crab apple is , but it's a damn good sharp picture.

Hi John
Nice colour saturation. Is that straight out of the camera or have they boosted it in PP?
Why not? What happens if you eat them? Do they haver similar effects to Mic's red pills?
They taste like shit!
My Gran in the UK used to have Crab Apples in her garden, as well as the real mccoy. They're not edible raw but I think can be used in cooking. They're very sharp/tart. Darryl (aka Kipper)

Onyx, the pic was taken at end of April, but it was a late autumn here in Tas. My wife says that crab apples fruit in autumn. So I guess that's a sign of autumn, though there's not much yellowing of the leaves at this stage. I took the shot because I really liked the colours (Correction: my wife really liked the colours).
A bit of PP: cropped, fixed levels, bumped contrast a tad, sharpened a fraction. Thanks for the feedback. Cheers John
