Photographed this very cute but sad looking dingo at Forest Glen Deer Sanctuary a couple of months ago.

Used 70-300ED at 165mm ISO 200 f8 1/80sec.

Came out surprisingly sharp for 1/80 sec handheld. In hindsighst I should have bumped up the ISO a bit.

That's a nice shot. It does look at bit sad. I think that place is up for sale now and has closed down. I went there with my mum at Easter and had to leave because the animals all looked so sad.

Thanks for the replies.

The place is still open but under new ownership.

The new owners are planning to completely overhaul the place.

Maybe put in some 'fierce creatures'.

Great photo for, as you said, 1/80th. You must have very steady hands, certainly compared to mine. he is a very healthy looking specimen.

That IS a fat dingo! Could just be the leg that makes it look fat. Looks cute too.

Beleive it or not my hands are so shaky that sometimes I think I have parkinson's

I don't remember, but come to think of it I probably braced against a pole.

He was a bit "healthier" looking than average but I don't think he was morbidly obese or anything.

Great pic, but why should a dingo not be fat in a deer park

He does look sad, gives it a really lonely feel...
