We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread. Good capture MHD. The shadow detail is a bit lost though, shame the sun wasn't a bit lower
This is one of the birds we've yet to spot down Werribee way. It's next on our list along with a Peregrin Falcon Darryl (aka Kipper)

yes... The shadow detail is there but to bring it out I would have to blow the beak out even more (only the very tip is blown in the RAW file)
I agonised over this one for a while when PPing I might try a composite image using one compo for the beak and another for the body New page
