First shots with D70

First Shot with D70 ,Has taken a while to process all the information in my brain but i am slowly understanding ,resizing ,compression and jpegs and tiffs.I went to Darbs spot for this one but i couldnt get it anything like his.I guess ill keep practicing Cheers Stephen

But don't forget about focus, aperture and shutter speed! These three factors are far more important to the finished product, in my opinion.

And I know the feeling, but just keep practicing! I too am new to the D70 but the best thing to do is read a _lot_, and learn from others.

Guess I'd like a little more interest in the foreground but it is much better than my first shot with the D70 which I think was of my shoes.
