Interesting, like the first. Draining, is that going down drains?

Nodabs,

I'd be interested to know how you achieved the effects. ie the ghosting in the first (one of your mates playing front of the camera?) and the interesting play of light in the second. Zooming during a longish exposure??

Cheers

Matt

Like the second very much... interesting, spooky, black magic feel... Great choice for that effect or style...

it is indeed i've got some more shots that show more of the "draining" part basically it is expoloring the drains tunnels etc underground that normally nobody ever sees. also there is topsiding which is exploring abandoned buildings bridges rooftops etc

basically for the first i got my friend to pull an odd face infront of the camera while on a 30 second exposure he was infront of it for around 22 seconfs with 2 candles below my tripod to give a warmer light then he ducked and the candle pentogram was there

the second is using the 18-70 nikkor shooting for around 6 second for 5 secs it was properly focused and framed at 70mm and then zoomed back. it took abit of experimenting to get one candle in the middle so when it zoomed out it wasn't effected by the movement
