I quite like the way this shot turned out. I have added the background. What do you guys/girls think?

I think it looks fantastic - your eye concentrates on the various forms

Thanks Bob. I have done up another one of these images from the other side of the monument. Let me know if you (and others) like it!

What an unusual structure. You've captured it well though. The sepia? contrast works really well.

Sorry... Did you do a Sepia (or other) treatment on the pic??? It's a very consistent shade of brown :-)

Yes - Im a fan of the sepia look at the moment. Combined an increase of red and yellow variations to the desaturated image to attain this effect. Perhaps I over did the brown??? Its fun to experiment with the different variations though.
