While in Sydney today I took a few shots at the Vietnamese War memorial in Cabramatta:

That's an excellent angle for that first shot, it seems to make even the subjects become a part of the live moment, captivating, I Keep looking at it...

Thanks Andrew. The first one really grabs me that way too and is probably my fave.

One thing I didn't mention is that the flowers in the water were placed at the memorial this weekend for two important reasons:
1/ In memory of 30 Years since The Fall of South Vietnam to the Communist North - "30 Years after"
2/ 50th Anniversary of formation of The South Vietnamese Air Force on 1/7/55.

I like the last photo. I didnt even know that there was a memorial right in cabramatta park. The statues are excellent, they capture emotion. Well done.

Stubbsy, Nice pics. I like the first one also. As Andrew said, the 2 statues seem alive, and are watching over the pool.

I'm sure Melbourne also has one of our Aus-Viet Memorial, I haven't been down there but been told it's great statues and spirits.
