Posted: Mon Jul 11, 2005 4:52 pmIve never seen one in RL or even in a picture which gives an idea of scale. How big are they?? Must have been an experience to have been up so close to one.
Posted: Mon Jul 11, 2005 5:01 pmThey're about 40-50cm tall, probably have a wingspan of about 100cm to 130cm (roughly, book doesn't say but given similar birds wing span).
