The effect of lighting

This image has just had a little boost in saturation and some sharpening and to me looks like a painting. I only had the time for a few frames before the clouds came in completely.

This is Saint-Malo and I used to live about 100m away from this beach.

I thought it looked somewhat familiar.

Lindy and I were in this region in Sept of 2001, we rented a car in nantes and travelled north to the coast, staying in a village where they have, believe it or not, a British film festival each year.

Simply amazing villages there, we enjoyed this part of the trip immensely.

Cool. Nantes is the country airport that I fly into from Paris whenever I go there :)

My sister lives just outside of St Hilaire-Des-Loges, which is about 20min from Fontennay Le Comte.
