Portrait..Was just having a play with the different metering modes/exposure settings when I managed to capture this. My wife looking out the window around 1pm with just the sun lighting up her face.
Taken with the D70 + 50mm f/1.4, 1/1250sec - f/2.8, Aperature priority, Expsoure comp -.3, ISO 200, Spot metering. Opinions welcome.
looks good, but i would prefer that the chin was a bit sharper, you had pently of light to work with maybe f/5.6 or f/8 or even more?

This has just the most beautiful light. DOF is not an issue for me I think this is well executed as is. Minor nitpick I guess, but I'd like to have had a little less black on the left to draw me more strongly to the profile. Exceptionally well done.
