Evening all...

QFRS 517a & 517k were called out after two people were struck down by a car while waiting at a bus stop in Mt Gravatt. Both people are in a serious condition in hospital this evening.

A female, believed to be in her mid-50s, suffered head and chest injuries after being dragged underneath the car, while the male, possibly in his 30s, suffered back injuries.

The driver of the car was also injured, no details were immediately known, police said.

as always good coverage of the incident. I saw this on the news tonight however their 'facts' said that it was a young couple in their late 20's were struck at the bus stop... i'm sure these'll be in the newspaper in the next day or so.
